    Grav is not a traditional CMS like WordPress, or Joomla that needs and admin. It's a flat file CMS that is 100% configurable via simple yaml files, and content is simply markdown in a text files also

    It's just using Animate.css: https://daneden.github.io/animate.css/ It's a custom build though as we don't need all the animations and wanted to save some space.
