  Grav has been designed in such a way that the entire user/ folder should contain all your user content including pages, configuration, plugins, themes, images, etc. Everything else outside of the user

  Might want to try updating though as the featherlight plugin was updated to the latest 1.3.2 version.

  I've never seen that happen and there's even a $(document).ready(function() {}); call to ensure the dom is finished loading and ready.
