Regarding shared hosting with Apache server, ensure your on PHP 5.4+. Quite a few hosting providers still default to PHP 5.3 although they do provide ways to switch to PHP 5.4 and higher.

sure, just make sure you move ALL the files including the hidden ones in twenty/ folder such as .htaccess
