    Where are the settings for the directory structure set? I changed the directory name "grav-skeleton-onepage-site" to "onepage" and lost all the CSS, images and structure.

    Did you install the zip from the downloads page? It has everything you need including vendor libs. The GitHub version doesn't include vendor libs by default , they have to be installed with composer.
