Send E-mail from Admin Panel

Is there an option to notify a user by a prepared email when I enable the account in the admin panel?
We have a webpage where the users can register but need to be manually approved by us. It would be very convenient if we could send an email to the user from within the admin panel using the email plugin.

there are options available on the plugin "Login"

Go to administration > plugin > Login and tab "user registration" : option at the bottom of the page

Thanks for the answer. I checked the option but they do not suit to my case.

We manually enable the users. The problem is that the user does not get any notification when we enable it manually, which is a bad user experience. For now we just manually send a notification-email to the user we enabled.
