I know speed is based on a variety of factors, but Grav 2.0.8 with Admin 2.0.12 takes about 8 seconds to create a page and 12 seconds to copy a page.
Rest of Admin feels snappy.
Is it to be expected to have creating and copying be significantly slower?
On a fresh default install of Grav 2.0.8 on Ubuntu 8.3.6 (WSL on Windows 11), creating a new page is snappy. Copy likewise.

From your log, it's clear that POST and PATCH requests take a considerable amount of time: 3 and 6 sec respectively, while GET is subsecond.
Why? I don't know. You're the first to mention the performance hit, which might indicate it is not a general Grav/Admin issue, but a specific server/network issue in your setup.
Unfortunately, I can't offer much more help.

I do wonder if this is related to being on Cloudron as I've had other issues with the Cloudron installer.
What plugins are installed? How many pages do you have?
It could well be file performance on Cloudron, i've not tested Grav there, but if they don't use fast modern SSDs it could be just the cache clear process taking a long time.
Fresh install … so default plugins (below) with 2 pages.
Also, host uses SSDs.
That all looks very normal. Probably something with their file system, probably network storage? Have you tried running locally to compare?
I installed locally, and it is fast.
Sounds like it must be something on our server.
