Form rendering issue: additional text above every field

Unsure which update caused this but I'm currently running:
Grav 2.0.20

API 1.0.20

Form 9.1.22

Typhoon 4.3.10

Above every field on the rendered contact form (including spacers, honeypot, and captcha etc) I'm seeing text like this:

data-grav-field="text" data-grav-disabled="" data-grav-default="null" type="text" class="form-input " placeholder="Enter your name" required="required"

Quite a bit of this additional text on the form, but it does still accept submissions and the received email looks correct.

I can reproduce the issue using the latest Grav install with the example Contact form form the docs.
