Showing Tags/Author below the page title instead of at the bottom

Hi there!

I have a blog with articles from different authors. The matching tags as well as the author are located at the bottom of each article as shown in the image below.

But I would really like to have them on top of the page, below the page title so the authors have a better visibility.

I'm currently using the Klb4 theme if that helps.
