Creating a simple Sidebar to display text and a link

Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to Grav and far off being a developer. I'm currently trying to setup a sidebar using the Klb4 Theme. All the sidebar needs to be is a small display of text and link.

I've wandered the forums already, but i'm in need of a simple "copy this into the sidebar.html.twig and change the text and your good to go" answer.
