Can't install Hypertext v2.1.1 Theme

I am getting an error while installing Hypertext v2.1.1.

Error while trying to download (code:0):
https://getgrav.org/download/themes/hypertext/2.1.1
Message: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL malformed

@chiappa, I cannot reproduce the issue... Please provide reproducible steps.

I did:

• Openend admin
• Chose 'Themes'
• Chose 'Add'
• Filtered on 'Hypertext'
• Chose 'install' and 'continue'
• Theme is installed successfully

But looks like this is not specific to the 'Hypertxt' theme, but all themes fail to install. So problem somewhere else..

I went through 'these' common problems, but everything looks fine.
