Can TwentyFifteen theme create drop down menus?

By the way, could you kindly help to change the site name from "Mein Blog ..." to something else? Is this theme dedicated to a blog? Only?

and, well, I did not change the site name in languages.yaml from the original Theme.
so, feel free to change this to what ever you like in you own copy.
