Where '/home' points to? and where is this defined?
I mean /home -> user/pages/01.hello ?

'/home' points to user/pages/01.home.
If you want to point to user/pages/01.hello you have to change aliases: in '/hello'

So basically the grav's system interpretes the alias settting as
the 'name' of a page in the filesystem.
