Where is alias: home defined?

In the congif files we see:
home:
alias: '/home'

Where '/home' points to? and where is this defined?
I mean /home -> user/pages/01.hello ?

So basically the grav's system interpretes the alias settting as
the 'name' of a page in the filesystem.
