PWA plugin and push plugin integrated with fiebase (no Onesignal)

Hi
I am goin to use Grav and I need and want that site has possible to turn in app.
I did not found pwa plugin for this cms. Is it possble to post instruction how to setup for Grav or may be developers develop this plugin + customization options (button style, esize icons)
And second question also connected with first, it's release push to PWA site (cms), but with platfrom for myself choice.
