    2016 has been an amazing year for Grav. There have been many milestones reached, awards awarded, and achievements achieved. If 2015 was the year that Grav arrived, 2016 was the year that Grav became a legitimate player in the open source CMS community.

    It has been a little over 10 months since we launched the first public beta of Grav. We quickly reached our 0.9.0 release goals as outlined in the Grav Roadmap, and have spent the subsequent months bug fixing, adding requested features, and laying the groundwork for our upcoming 1.0.0 release.

    Now that Grav is out in the wild as a Beta Release, I'de like to take this opportunity to outline what our plans are. Grav is already powering several sites and we wanted to make the core, some skeletons, and of course plugins available to those that want to check it out. However, Grav is not complete and there are several key areas we intend to focus on in the near future. So on to the Roadmap!
